What a difference 1 month can make. Emma has learned how to roll which makes her mobile now! We put her on one side of the living room and she rolls to the other side and she does it fast too, sometimes she stops in front of the TV for a little break. But since she only turns on one side, once she gets to the end of the room she is stuck. We just turn her around and off she goes back to the other side. She also has started to sit up with no support by herself. About 3 weeks ago, we started feeding her cereal, fruits, and vegetables and of course I am having lots of fun making all of the food. So far she loves sweet potatoes, butternut squash, carrots, zucchini, bananas, pears, and brown rice cereal. But she does not like apples and peas and basically hates apricot.
I had to go back to work back in December and Jeff's mom was able to keep Emmanuelle until Christmas and now my mom has come down from Montreal to stay with us and take care of her for the next couple of months. We are so lucky to have the loving families that we have and that they are able to help us and be in Emma's every day life.
