This year Mother's day was very different and special for me. My first Mother's day was actually when I was pregnant with Emma and thought it was great to have a special day for me and even get a little present out of it. The second year, I just felt like I was finally in the club! And this year I had this overwhelming feeling of happyness to be a mother. All day I was just so proud, happy, and excited to be a mother to my two kids. I can't imagine life without them. I am enjoying every moment of it and would not change anything in my life. And am so curious for the ride the future holds for us.
Of course this made me reflect on how thankful I am for first my mother, who has always been right there by my side, supporting me, guiding me, and letting me be me. Second, I am thankful for Jeff's mother for bringing him into this world and raising him into this fantastic man. Third, I am thankful for all my mother friends from which I continuously learn from and share our motherhood experience.
